How do you source information?

We source from examples of mental health support, through actual anonymised clinical data sets and real life mentor/support data. We can then offer guided support and the most appropriate thing to say next. We use large language models that capture the generative structure of dialogue, not just discriminate between potential decisions, to enable accurate and precise predictions that explain how a conversation could evolve, sending it to a Language Model for processing.
